The fundamental ideal is properly exploit the exact tracking error dynamics in the feedback of the passive output. The proposed controllers are able of solving the tracking problem and hence the relative stabilization at constant values (regulation). The technique is approached from both, theoretical and practical point of view perspective so that the results are complementary. this approach allows to demonstrate its validity, reliability and applicability in the field of power electronics and the development of power converters. For this purpose there are various chapters on the contributions and results that were achieved with the use of technology and implementation of power converter circuits. the first chapter presents a general representation model for power converters, which is used to introduce the general technique called exact tracking error dynamics passive output feedback, etedpof. It is demostrate that the synthesized control law makes the system globally asymptotically stable, provided that certain conditions of matching. The particular case of the boost converter is the studied controller is synthesized and used in the analysis of stability and its physical implementation. When we implementing the theoretical results in the laboratory find a significant difference in behavior of the controlled system with simulation results. This merits a special study of modeling that we presented in the second chapter. in the second chapter the objective is to reduce the resulting error in the implementation of the laboratory prototype using the control law proposed in the first chapter. This introduces an equivalent model for converters, under the premises that should be simple, efficient and aplicable. This is accomplished through the inclusion of losses as heat by the joule effect, getting a new model called joule equivalent model (jem). Controller is synthesized with the new model, the converter is implemented and the results analyzed. it is shown that the control law in combination with the equivalent model can reduce the error between simulated and measured results, during either the transisent respond or and the steady state. We obtain sufficiently accurate results without need to introduce robustness. the third chapter attacts the problem of robustness. First the behavior of the converter when it is pertubed with load variations, is studied. It is demostrated that in close loop and in a span of load, the converter is globally stable and bounded. Also shows the behavior, qualitatively, of the trajectories to changes in the load, represented by means of phase diagrams (atlas). Second, it introduces an integrator of error output and stability is studied through an extended system, being able to demonstrate that there is an operating range where the system is locally stable. Finally, using a parametric identification technique, with which it does detect load variations and reconfigure the control law. in the fourth chapter the tracking issue is considered taking. Advantage of the general technique, trajectories are planned that achieve a balance to balance transfers for the boost converter and made sinusoidal trajectories tracking with boost-boost topology with float load. Including synthesis of controllers, stability analysis, simulations and implementations in laboratory prototypes.

Datos académicos de la tesis doctoral
