Se centra en la calidad de la comunicaci\u00f3n vista desde la calidad de sus elementos comunicativos y de los motivos y  condiciones iniciales de los agentes intervinientes. Los objetivos son (1) fundamentar la comunicaci\u00f3n interpersonal del directivo desde el paradigma antropol\u00f3gico: (2) dotar a los directivos de un modelo conceptual de comunicaci\u00f3n interpersonal; (3) analizar qu\u00e9 directivo es el buen comunicador; (4) explorar las caracter\u00edsticas de la comunicaci\u00f3n directiva que facilitan la unidad en la empresa; (5) descubrir y diagnosticar las causas de fondo de los llamados problemas de comunicaci\u00f3n del directivo; y (6) facilitar la formaci\u00f3n de los directivos en la competencia comunicativa. El modelo est\u00e1 construido sobre dos teor\u00edas: una procedente de la teor\u00eda de la comunicaci\u00f3n y otra procedente de la direcci\u00f3n de empresas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
