En este marco, la presente tesis investiga algunas de las dificultades en el desarrollo de dispositivos fotovoltaicos de capa delgada flexibles de silicio amorfo (nc-si: h) mediante la t\u00e9cnica de dep\u00f3sito hw-cvd. La temperatura de substrato, en este sentido, es la principal restricci\u00f3n que se analiza en diferentes facetas: las limitaciones de la t\u00e9cnica de p\u00f3sito, las dificultades en el dep\u00f3sito de material intr\u00ednseco y dopado. Finalmente se muestran los resultados de dispositivos fotovoltaicos depositados a baja temperatura sobre vidrio y sobre pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
