Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la incidencia de las especies, biotipos y serogrupos de yersinia en alimentos, aguas y heces animales y humanas, asi como sus caracteristicas de patogenicidad y de resistencia a los antimicrobianos.En alimentos, los productos carnicos crudos de porcino son los que presentan las tasas mas elevadas de contaminacion por y. Enterocolitica.  en aguas, no se han observado diferencias significativas entre las frecuencias de aislamiento de yersinia en agua de mar de rio y residual. En agua de mar se ha demostrado una relacion con los indicadores de contaminacion bacteriana fecal y una influencia estacional. En heces humanas, las tasas de aislamiento de y.
