Nuestros resultados indican que pga1 se une a las ciste\u00ednas 118 y 184 de h-ras; activa a todas las isoformas de ras, y sugieren que no es necesario gtp (experimentos realizados in vitro) ni factores intercambiadores de nucle\u00f3tido (gefs), a diferencia del mecanismo cl\u00e1sico de activaci\u00f3n de ras. La activaci\u00f3n de ras por pga1 ocurre principalmente en ret\u00edculo endopl\u00e1smico y aparato de golgi, e induce la activaci\u00f3n de erk. Los efectos biol\u00f3gicos de la activaci\u00f3n de ras por pga1 dependen del contexto celular. As\u00ed, la estimulaci\u00f3n de h- y n- ras por pga1, origina apoptosis en fibroblastos, mientras que la activaci\u00f3n por pga1, en presencia de ngf, incrementa la diferenciaci\u00f3n en c\u00e9lulas pc12. Por otro lado, el \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico activa a las tres isoformas de ras y la estimulaci\u00f3n ocurre principalmente en regiones de endomembranas, al igual que pga1. El \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico induce adem\u00e1s una disminuci\u00f3n en la dimetilaci\u00f3n de las lisinas 4 y 9 de la histona h3 por un mecanismo a\u00fan no descrito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
