Para ello se han considerado dos objetivos: costes econ\u00f3micos globales del sistema de distribuci\u00f3n y fiabilidad, sujetos a las restricciones t\u00e9cnicas habituales. Se ha tenido en cuenta la localizaci\u00f3n y tama\u00f1o \u00f3ptimos de l\u00edneas y subestaciones, as\u00ed como aspectos relativos al c\u00e1lculo de tensiones. se ha aplicado el m\u00e9todo fuzzy c-means a la clusterizaci\u00f3n de las soluciones obtenidas mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n del spea. Para ello se ha determinado el rango de valores m\u00e1s adecuados de los par\u00e1metros que controlan el funcionamiento del fcm para el dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo de los sistemas de distribuci\u00f3n y se ha estudiado la influencia de los par\u00e1metros del n\u00famero de centros y del n\u00famero de soluciones que forma la poblaci\u00f3n externa en las  soluciones de dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo obtenidas en el proceso de optimizaci\u00f3n. se ha aplicado, por primera vez, una t\u00e9cnica multicapa al dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo multiobjetivo y multietapa de sistemas de distribuci\u00f3n. se ha desarrollado una herramienta de dise\u00f1o, sobre la base de los algoritmos nsga y spea, con el fin de resolver el problema de dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo multiobjetivo de los sistemas de distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica. Se han considerado \u00fanicamente dos objetivos: el coste econ\u00f3mico y la fiabilidad, evaluando funciones adecuadas de dichos objetivos a efectos del dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo, aunque el algoritmo
