Xavier <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos utilizado la valoracion de actividad enzimatica de lipasa hepatica y un sistema de analisis \u00abwestern\u00bb para lipasa hepatica y albumina para estudiar la secrecion de dichas proteinas en hepatocitos aislados de rata. Hemos demostrado que la heparina estabiliza la actividad de la lipasa hepatica, sin afectar su sintesis o su degradacion. Tambien hemos observado que la secrecion continua tanto de lipasa hepatica como de albumina depende de sintesis proteica. Las vias de secrecion de ambas proteinas son distintas, siendo sensible a calcio en el caso de la lipasa hepatica.  tambien hemos comprobado que la catecolaminas estan involucradas en la disminucion de la actividad lipasa hepatica en el higado de ratas ayunadas, a traves de receptores alfa1-adrenergicos. Asimismo, hemos estudiado los mecanismos por los cuales la adrenalina y otras hormonas movilizadoras de calcio (vasopresina y egf) afectan la secrecion de lipasa hepatica en hepatocitos aislados. La regulacion a corto plazo que ejercen estas hormonas sobre la actividad lipasa hepatica es consecuencia de sus efectos sobre la sintesis general de proteinas.  finalmente, hemos estudiado el transporte de lipasa hepatica a traves del plasma. La mayor parte de lipasa hepatica en el plasma es inactiva y tiene un peso molecular mayor que la forma activa presente en el higado.
