As\u00ed mismo, se verific\u00f3 la existencia de relaciones entre la calidad de vida laboral de los trabajadores y el esfuerzo que est\u00e1n dispuestos a realizar por su empresa y el grado de orientaci\u00f3n hacia los trabajadores y el logro de las metas que el marketing interno busca alcanzar.  la investigaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo a trav\u00e9s de entrevistas a una muestra
