{"id":100304,"date":"2018-03-11T10:21:46","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:21:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/preprocessing-algorithms-oriented-towards-supervised-classification-of-high-dimensionality-databases-applications-to-multimedia-data-mining\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:21:46","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:21:46","slug":"preprocessing-algorithms-oriented-towards-supervised-classification-of-high-dimensionality-databases-applications-to-multimedia-data-mining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/inteligencia-artificial\/preprocessing-algorithms-oriented-towards-supervised-classification-of-high-dimensionality-databases-applications-to-multimedia-data-mining\/","title":{"rendered":"Preprocessing algorithms oriented towards supervised classification of high dimensionality databases: applications to multimedia data mining"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Pablo Bermejo Lopez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El tema central de esta tesis, dividida en 4 partes, es el preprocesamiento supervisado de bases de datos de alta dimensionalidad.   la primera parte presenta una introducci\u00f3n a la clasificaci\u00f3n supervisada y la selecci\u00f3n supervisada de atributos; explicando as\u00ed los conocimientos b\u00e1sicos necesarios para seguir las propuestas y experimentos en el resto de la tesis.  los cap\u00edtulos 3 al 5 de la segunda parte se centra en la mejora del algoritmo de selecci\u00f3n de variables incremental wrapper subset selection (iwss), mediante: (1) mejorar el criterio de selecci\u00f3n de una variable; (2) a\u00f1adir un m\u00e9todo de reemplazo de variables seleccionadas y no seleccionadas para capturar (in)dependencias; (3) reducci\u00f3n dr\u00e1stico del tiempo de ejecuci\u00f3n de iwss embebiendo el clasificador na\u00ed\u00afve bayes y criterio de parada adaptativo; (4) reducci\u00f3n dr\u00e1stica del n\u00famero de evaluaciones necesarias mediante la opci\u00f3n de re-rankear el ranking sobre el que se ejecuta iwss para capturar (in)dependencias entre variables y terminar pronto el algoritmo; y (5) introducci\u00f3n de aleatoriedad mediante un algoritmo grasp con iwss para ampliar el espacio de b\u00fasqueda. Los experimentos se realizan con bases de datos de microarrays y texto. el cap\u00edtulo 6 presenta un m\u00e9todo novedoso de balancea mediante m\u00e9todos de muestreo de instancias basados en distribuciones, con aplicaci\u00f3n a clasificaci\u00f3n de correo-e en carpetas.  la tercera parte de esta tesis est\u00e1 compuesta por 2 cap\u00edtulos en cuyos experimentos se utilizan bases de datos de v\u00eddeo. El cap\u00edtulo 7 presenta una introducci\u00f3n a las variables m\u00e1s comunes en la representaci\u00f3n  de documentos multimedia; y adem\u00e1s realiza una comparaci\u00f3n entre diferentes tipos de representaci\u00f3n. El cap\u00edtulo 8 realiza experimentos para averiguar si el contexto de un usuario realizando una tarea de recuperaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n (e.G. B\u00fasqueda on-line de documentos) afecta a la calidad de los resultados.
