En la primera parte se desarrolla el marco conceptual teorico.  la segunda parte se plantean los siguientes objetivos:  a) realizar la descripcion de los cambios que se operan en la percepcion de los problemas manifestados por los maestros noveles en su iniciacion.  b) establecer asociaciones entre evolucion problematica, participacion en investigacion accion, estabilidad profesional y necesidades manifiestas.  la metodolog\u00eda seguida es qualitativa. Se presentan 11 casos de estudio.
