Nos preguntamos, si adem\u00e1s de esa discriminaci\u00f3n externa latente, en el acceso al mercado laboral, este grupo de personas considera que son discriminadas en las organizaciones por el simple hecho de padecer una discapacidad, por la desconfianza sobre su productividad y desarrollo en sus puestos de trabajo.
