An\u00e1lisis de las variables tanto cl\u00ednicas como ecocardiogr\u00e1ficas (basales y al esfuerzo) como de la determinaci\u00f3n de los p\u00e9ptidos natriur\u00e9ticos. Definici\u00f3n del desarrollo de hipertensi\u00f3n arterial con el esfuerzo y definici\u00f3n de los 2 tipos de respuesta existente (respuesta patol\u00f3gica= hap 2\u00aa al incremento de las resistencias vasculares pulmonares; respuesta adaptativa= elevaci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n pulmonar (paps) con el esfuerzo por incremento del gasto card\u00edaco). Seguimiento a largo plazo (24 meses) y an\u00e1lisis de aquellos pacientes que desarrollaron hap basal frente a los que no, estableci\u00e9ndo marcadores de riesgo. Conclusi\u00f3n: el tipo de respuesta de la paps con el esfuerzo, el nivel de corte de nt-probnp por encima de 150 pg\/ml y ciertas caracter\u00edsticas cl\u00ednicas (edad > 60 a\u00f1os, forma
