Estos metabolitos han alimentado la imaginaci\u00f3n y creatividad de numerosos qu\u00edmicos sint\u00e9ticos, para desarrollar nuevas metodolog\u00edas que permitan el acceso a su s\u00edntesis.  en la presente memoria se describe una nueva metodolog\u00eda para la s\u00edntesis de \u00e9teres c\u00edclicos de tama\u00f1o medio con alto grado de sustituci\u00f3n de forma r\u00e1pida y eficaz. Para ello se ha llevado a cabo un t\u00e1ndem reacci\u00f3n de nicholas intermolecular-met\u00e1tesis de cierre de anillos-isomerizaci\u00f3n con montmorillonita k-10. Para comprobar la validez de esta aproximaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis del (+)-cis y trans-lautisan, (+)-cis y trans-obtusan, as\u00ed como la aproximaci\u00f3n a la s\u00edntesis del (+)-cis-isolaurepan.  finalmente, inspirados por la complejidad y diversidad estructural  presente en la familia de los productos naturales aislados de algas rojas, denominados lauroxanos, hemos llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis formal del (+)-laurenc\u00edn as\u00ed como la aproximaci\u00f3n a la s\u00edntesis del (+)-isolaurepinnac\u00edn, como aplicaci\u00f3n directa de nuestra
