La mayor\u00eda muestran resistencia a herbicidas inhibidores de la enzima acetil coenzima a carboxilasa (accasa). en la presente tesis se analizan y estudian los mecanismos de resistencia a herbicidas inhibidores de la accasa  en avena fatua, phalaris minor y phalaris paradoxa, recolectados en m\u00e9xico. Avena fatua, cynosurus echinatus, provenientes de chile.  otra especie que se analiza es lolium multiflorum proveniente de chile  con sospecha de resistencia m\u00faltiple a herbicidas inhibidores de la accasa, acetolactato sintasa (als) y 5-enoilpiruvil shiquimato-3-fostato sintasa (epsps). La zona donde fue recolectado este biotipo de l. Multiflorum es un sistema de cultivo de siembra directa, en el cual realizan barbecho qu\u00edmico y aplican grandes cantidades de glifosato. Cuando se ha establecido el cultivo, se aplican en postemergencia herbicidas inhibidores de la accasa y als. los ensayos realizados en este trabajo, se inician con pruebas de dosis-respuesta para confirmar la resistencia observada en campo. Posteriormente se hacen ensayos bioqu\u00edmicos y moleculares, con el fin de encontrar el mecanismo de resistencia. Y por \u00faltimo una selecci\u00f3n de herbicidas alternativos aplicados en campo para el control de lolium multiflorum. Cuando la resistencia se desarrolla, la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s viable es buscar herbicidas con diferentes modos de acci\u00f3n y, en algunos casos, modificando ligeramente las pr\u00e1cticas
