Se han caracterizado diversas estructuras simox, obtenidas bajo distintos parametros tecnologicos, a fin de determinar la posible influencia de los parametros tecnologicos en la calidad final de las estructuras. Para una correcta interpretacion de los resultados experimentales ha sido necesario modelizar distintos aspectos, como son efectos de desorden, lo que se ha modelizado mediante un modelo de longitud de correlacion asi como ha sido necesario desarrollar un modelo de desconvolucion de las contribuciones de las distintas partes de las estructuras, a los espectros raman.  se ha determinado la existencia de una clara correlacion de las caracteristicas de los espectros experimentales en las muestras no recocidas con la densid final de dislocaciones en las muestras recocidas, en funcion del estado de la superficie durante la implantacion.  se ha concluido que el estado de la superficie, la dosis implantada, el metodo de implantacion y la proximidad de la interficie si\/box son
