El objetivo de este trabajo es cuantificar el efecto de la implantaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas troncales mesenquimales en un defecto cavitario, en un modelo experimental ovino. material y m\u00e9todos: se utilizaron 22 ovejas de raza asaaf. En una primera fase se extrajo la grasa para obtener y diferenciar las c\u00e9lulas troncales mesenquimales (admscs) a estirpe osteog\u00e9nica . En una segunda fase se implantaron en un defecto \u00f3seo cavitario, en el c\u00f3ndilo femoral interno, asociadas o no a heteroinjerto de hueso liofilizado y plasma rico en plaquetas (prp), en funci\u00f3n del grupo de estudio. Se analizaron los resultados mediante radiolog\u00eda simple a las 4 y 12 semanas y par\u00e1metros est\u00e1ticos de histomorfometr\u00eda. resultados: se consigui\u00f3 la diferenciaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas de estirpe osteog\u00e9nica a partir de c\u00e9lulas troncales mesenquimales de la grasa (admscs). Se obtuvieron mejores par\u00e1metros de crecimiento \u00f3seo (actividad osteobl\u00e1stica, \u00e1rea trabecular total y profundidad de crecimiento) en los grupos donde se implantaron c\u00e9lulas troncales mesenquimales diferenciadas a estirpe osteog\u00e9nica que al implantar c\u00e9lulas sin diferenciar. En los grupos donde se  asoci\u00f3  heteroinjerto de hueso liofilizado y c\u00e9lulas mesenquimales de estirpe \u00f3sea se obtuvieron menores par\u00e1metros de regeneraci\u00f3n \u00f3sea. conclusiones: la diferenciaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas troncales derivadas de la grasa (admscs) antes de su implante favorece la regeneraci\u00f3n \u00f3sea. El gel de plasma rico en plaquetas es un buen vector para el transporte de estas c\u00e9lulas. La radiograf\u00eda simple no parece un m\u00e9todo fiable para la evaluaci\u00f3n de la regeneraci\u00f3n \u00f3sea a las 12 semanas. Por el contrario la histomorfometr\u00eda, permite realizar mediciones cuantitativas y cualitativas en el defecto \u00f3seo para su posterior interpretaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
