Los art\u00edculos se presentan en su versi\u00f3n original.  material y metodos:  en los dos primeros trabajos se realiza una revisi\u00f3n de los dos principales modelos de transferencia libre de tejidos aplicados en entrenamiento microquir\u00fargico: el colgajo cut\u00e1neo epig\u00e1strico y el reimplante de la extremidad inferior de la rata. Se realiza un estudio anat\u00f3mico de cada colgajo y se detalla el procedimiento quir\u00fargico, paso a paso, para facilitar su reproducci\u00f3n por el aprendiz microquir\u00fargico.En el tercer trabajo de la tesis se establece un programa de entrenamiento en transferencia libre de tejidos en 30 ratas mediante la creaci\u00f3n de una funci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica denominada dificultad de un ejercicio microquir\u00fargico estableciendo diferencias entre cinco modelos de colgajos libres en rata (colgajo cut\u00e1neo de vasos epig\u00e1stricos, colgajo fasciocut\u00e1neo de vasos safenos, colgajo neurocut\u00e1neo de vasos epig\u00e1stricos, colgajo muscular de vasos safenos y reimplante de extremidad inferior),en funci\u00f3n del \u00e9xito cl\u00ednico y la duraci\u00f3n de cada ejercicio, estableciendo una escala de progresi\u00f3n objetiva en el entrenamiento. Finalmente, en el \u00faltimo trabajo se crea un modelo de entrenamiento de un colgajo de perforantes en rata, realizado en 20 animales, valorando el \u00e9xito del procedimiento en funci\u00f3n de la disecci\u00f3n intramuscular de la perforante, al ser un colgajo pediculado sin anastomosis vasculares.  resultados:  los art\u00edculos presentados en su versi\u00f3n original: 1.El colgajo epig\u00e1strico en rata: revisi\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica quir\u00fargica como modelo experimental de un colgajo libre.
