Las principales aportaciones del trabajo son:  1) un nuevo algoritmo de detecci\u00f3n de episodios isqu\u00e9micos en tiempo real. El algoritmo desarrollado detecta un 93.97% de los episodios isqu\u00e9micos m\u00e1s agudos presentes en la base de datos ltst db (seg\u00fan las anotaciones de acuerdo al protocolo c) y entre todos los episodios que identifica como isqu\u00e9micos acierta en un 74,91% de ellos (considerando como episodios isqu\u00e9micos los anotados seg\u00fan el protocolo a).Adem\u00e1s, el algoritmo detecta un 83.33% de los episodios presentes en la base de datos esc db y entre todos los episodios que identifica como isqu\u00e9micos acierta en un 77.31% de ellos.  2) una arquitectura para desarrollar y personalizar sistemas de monitorizaci\u00f3n ubicua. La particularizaci\u00f3n de esta arquitectura para el caso de sistemas de monitorizaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales ecg, ha dado lugar a la especificaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de molec 2.0 para el seguimiento ubicuo de arritmias e isquemias card\u00edacas, que es un prototipo de un sistema de monitorizaci\u00f3n de arritmias e isquemias card\u00edacas, que implementa el algoritmo anterior.  3) un modelo de coste para configurar y personalizar sistemas de monitorizaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales generadas por sensores biol\u00f3gicos m\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
