Entre las m\u00e1s destacadas est\u00e1n el efecto memoria de forma, efecto superel\u00e1stico, pseudoel\u00e1stico y una alta capacidad de amortiguamiento. Todas ellas se deben a la transformaci\u00f3n de fase martens\u00edtica, as\u00ed como nuevas propiedades t\u00e9rmicas descubiertas recientemente. Dentro de estas \u00faltimas est\u00e1 el conocido como efecto memoria de temperatura (tme) o el efecto hammer. Estos efectos t\u00e9rmicos afectan de forma crucial la cin\u00e9tica de la transformaci\u00f3n martens\u00edtica, y \u00fanicamente dependen de la historia t\u00e9rmica de la muestra. La principal consecuencia de estos fen\u00f3menos es el retraso de la transformaci\u00f3n martens\u00edtica hacia temperaturas m\u00e1s elevadas, manifestada en las medidas del calor espec\u00edfico como un pico calorim\u00e9trico adicional. La comprensi\u00f3n de este nuevo efecto de memoria en estas aleaciones requiere un estudio minucioso de la termodin\u00e1mica de la transformaci\u00f3n, que se ha realizado gracias a la precisi\u00f3n obtenida en las medidas del calor espec\u00edfico mediante calorimetr\u00eda adiab\u00e1tica. El an\u00e1lisis de estos resultados ha permitido el desarrollo de un modelo matem\u00e1tico tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo que describe correctamente este efecto de memoria t\u00e9rmica en aleaciones con memoria de forma de cu-al-ni de diferentes composiciones y estados f\u00edsicos diversos como monocristales o policristales en forma de polvo.   adem\u00e1s de las t\u00e9cnicas calorim\u00e9tricas, tanto adiab\u00e1tica como dsc, el an\u00e1lisis se completa con observaciones realizadas mediante microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica. Este an\u00e1lisis microestructural ha permitido contrastar y verificar las hip\u00f3tesis realizadas a partir de los resultados calorim\u00e9tricos. el estudio realizado ha permitido reinterpretar la transformaci\u00f3n martens\u00edtica de estas aleaciones de una forma diferente a la establecida, permitiendo explicar de forma sencilla el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n y los efectos de memoria de temperatura. Al margen del inter\u00e9s te\u00f3rico de este estudio termodin\u00e1mico, estos efectos de memoria deben ser tenidos en cuenta a la hora de dise\u00f1ar aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas para este tipo de
