Tropicalis, c. Glabrata y c. Parapsilosis. Se valora la capacidad de estas cuatro especies para desarrollar biopel\u00edculas sobre superficie de poliestireno y posterior cuantificaci\u00f3n mediante la reducci\u00f3n de la sal de tetrazolio xtt, siendo c. Albicans, c. Tropicalis y c. Parapsilosis las que en mayor medida forman biopel\u00edcula y c. Glabrata la especie que con menor frecuencia la desarrolla. la actividad de los antif\u00fangicos sobre las biopel\u00edculas fue menor que sobre las c\u00e9lulas planct\u00f3nicas de estos aislados y mayor sobre las biopel\u00edculas de 24 horas de maduraci\u00f3n que sobre las de 48 horas de maduraci\u00f3n. Las esquinocandinas, caspofunginas y anidulafungina no presentan actividad sobre las biopel\u00edculas de c. Tropicalis y c. Parapsilosis. En relaci\u00f3n a la actividad in vitro de la combinaci\u00f3n de antif\u00fangicos sobre biopel\u00edculas de candida spp. , Anidulafungina y anfotericina tuvieron una interacci\u00f3n sin\u00e9rgica sobre las biopel\u00edculas de c. Albicans y c. Glabrata y la combinaci\u00f3n anidulafungina y voriconazol fue indiferente para las biopel\u00edculas formadas por todas las especies. el voriconazol, a pesar de no tener actividad sobre las
