M\u00e1s de 32000 empresas de este pa\u00eds est\u00e1n certificadas bajo esta norma que pretende alinear la formaci\u00f3n de los empleados de una organizaci\u00f3n con la estrategia de \u00e9sta.  sin embargo, esta norma no ha sido implantada en otros pa\u00edses. El trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n desarrollado para la elaboraci\u00f3n de la tesis analiza el \u00e9xito en el reino unido y su posible extrapolaci\u00f3n a otros pa\u00edses, estudiando cu\u00e1les
