Mas concretamente, se analiza la logica de la produccion simbolica en el campo de la formacion de enfermeras y su efecto en las practicas de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje y en la subjetividad de profesoras y alumnas. Para alcanzar ese proposito se descompone el discurso pedagogico objeto de analisis en tres grandes dimensiones teoricas que se constituyen en los interrogantes de la investigacion. En primer lugar se analizan las estructuras de racionalidad cientifica y pedagogica que fundamentan y dan sentido a la practica de la ense\u00f1anza de la enfermeria. Despues se estudia el proceso de produccion, transmision y asimilacion de competencias mediante el cual se legitima una determinada forma de entender la asistencia sanitaria. Por ultimo, se analizan las relaciones existentes entre el discurso pedagogico y las formas de subjetividad de las estudiantes y futuras enfermeras. La metodolog\u00eda utilizada es un estudio etnografico, la estrategia de analisis de datos ha sido el metodo de las comparaciones constantes. El resultado es la emergencia de tres constructos teoricos que atraviesan a modo de ejes estructurales y estructurantes el discurso estudiado:  tradicion, racionalidad y poder, con los que se ha llevado a cabo una fusion del horizonte de significados de las personas participantes en el estudio y el del investigador.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
