Las dietas empleadas en el ppe se han preparado con igual contenido de grasa (procedente de aceite de oliva, 10%) y prote\u00edna (aportada por case\u00edna, 20%). Las diferencias entre las dietas empleadas en el ppe est\u00e1n determinadas por el corrector mineral, que en el caso de la dieta que reciben los animales an\u00e9micos, se prepara omitiendo el fe, para inducir la ferrodeficiencia. Tras suministrar las dietas con contenido normal o bajo contenido en fe, se determina la estabilidad del material gen\u00e9tico mediante ensayo comet alcalino y los siguientes par\u00e1metros hematol\u00f3gicos en ambos grupos: recuento de hemat\u00edes, volumen corpuscular medio, hematocrito, plaquetas, hemoglobina, fe s\u00e9rico, saturaci\u00f3n de la transferrina, ferritina, tibc y se sacrifican 10 animales por grupo para extracci\u00f3n del h\u00edgado, determinaci\u00f3n de \u00edndices hepatosom\u00e1ticos y contenido de fe hep\u00e1tico.  \tposteriormente, los animales se someten a un pe, en los que son alimentados con dietas basadas en leche de cabra o vaca (elaboradas con un 10% de grasa y un 20% de prote\u00edna, aportada por cada tipo de leche), con un contenido normal (45 mg\/kg dieta) o sobrecarga de fe (450 mg\/kg dieta).
