{"id":101143,"date":"2018-03-11T10:22:52","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:22:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/influencia-de-los-musculos-articulaciones-y-membrana-interosea-en-el-comportamiento-biomecanico-del-esqueleto-del-antebrazo\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:22:52","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:22:52","slug":"influencia-de-los-musculos-articulaciones-y-membrana-interosea-en-el-comportamiento-biomecanico-del-esqueleto-del-antebrazo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/anatomia-humana\/influencia-de-los-musculos-articulaciones-y-membrana-interosea-en-el-comportamiento-biomecanico-del-esqueleto-del-antebrazo\/","title":{"rendered":"Influencia de los m\u00fasculos, articulaciones y membrana inter\u00f3sea en el comportamiento biomec\u00e1nico del esqueleto del antebrazo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Pedro Luis Martinez Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No existen en la bibliograf\u00eda trabajos concluyentes sobre la funci\u00f3n de la membrana inter\u00f3sea radiocubital en la biomec\u00e1nica del antebrazo, as\u00ed como tampoco existen estudios sobre los par\u00e1metros modales del c\u00fabito y del radio. \tescogimos el m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de vibraciones mec\u00e1nicas por ser relativamente barato, no invasivo y trasladable a la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica, para comenzar un trabajo experimental, que nos permitiera aspirar al grado de doctor con los siguientes objetivos: \t1.- Determinar los par\u00e1metros modales del c\u00fabito y del radio (frecuencia de vibraci\u00f3n, amortiguamiento y tipo de deformaci\u00f3n), tanto en estado seco como formolado. \t2.- Averiguar la influencia de la musculatura y las articulaciones del antebrazo en los par\u00e1metros modales de c\u00fabito y radio. \t3.- Determinar el plano en el que ocurre la deformaci\u00f3n de c\u00fabito y radio.       4.- Determinar la influencia de la membrana inter\u00f3sea en los tipos de deformaci\u00f3n de los huesos estudiados. \t5.- Determinar la funci\u00f3n de la membrana inter\u00f3sea en la biomec\u00e1nica del antebrazo. \tse realiz\u00f3 un estudio preliminar en hueso seco (4 c\u00fabitos y 4 radios) para determinar sus par\u00e1metros modales. \tcontinu\u00f3 el trabajo con el estudio de 3 antebrazos formolados. Se retir\u00f3 la piel y el tejido celular subcut\u00e1neo y se referenciaron 5 puntos en cada uno de los huesos con unos peque\u00f1os tornillos. Se realiz\u00f3 una disecci\u00f3n progresiva, primero de la musculatura y por \u00faltimo de la membrana inter\u00f3sea hasta la separaci\u00f3n de c\u00fabito y radio.
