Institutos laborales en extremadura\u00bb analiza y valora una parte de la educaci\u00f3n, dedicada a la formaci\u00f3n conjunta de la ense\u00f1anza media y profesional. Este nuevo orden docente que aparece al finalizar la primera d\u00e9cada del franquismo, conocido tambi\u00e9n como ense\u00f1anza laboral o institutos laborales, saca a la luz una nueva ense\u00f1anza que mezcla la formaci\u00f3n humana general y los estudios especiales profesionales, as\u00ed  como la impartici\u00f3n de cursos complementarios con el fin social de difundir y elevar el nivel cultural y t\u00e9cnico de la poblaci\u00f3n que viv\u00eda pr\u00f3xima a los pueblos cabeza de comarca de extremadura. Supone un giro en la pol\u00edtica educativa clasista y humanista del momento, llegando a convertirse en un modelo educativo verdaderamente novedoso para esta etapa de la historia. el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n se estructura en tres bloques. El primero est\u00e1 dedicado al contexto hist\u00f3rico-pedag\u00f3gico donde se aportan algunas notas sobre la evoluci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica y pol\u00edtica y el planteamiento educativo del r\u00e9gimen franquista, especialmente su ense\u00f1anza media. El bloque segundo presenta la estructura de la ense\u00f1anza media y profesional mostr\u00e1ndonos el plan de estudios, la ense\u00f1anza complementaria y de extensi\u00f3n cultural, los organismos de coordinaci\u00f3n y los reg\u00edmenes de protecci\u00f3n escolar y econ\u00f3mico.
