A su vez se han caracterizado el sustrato y los polvos de proyeccion. Se han empleado tres polvos comerciales, dos de ellos de wc + 12%co y un tercero de wc + 17%co y sobre los que se han determinado diferentes propiedades: la densidad (vibrada, aparente y real), la porosidad, el factor de forma, la fluidez y la distribucion granulometrica. La caracterizacion estructural de los mismos asi como la composicion quimica de las fases presentes en los sistemas estudiados se ha llevado a cabo mediante la utilizacion de mo, sem (eds),epma (wds),tem y difraccion de rayos x. Se han realizado series de proyeccion con el objeto de evaluar la influencia que ejerce la variacion de los caudales de los gases de combustion, y la distancia de proyeccion para los diferentes polvos de proyeccion empleados, asi como la dosificacion del polvo de proyeccion y la velocidad relativa de desplazamiento pistola-sustrato de proyeccion. Se han analizado quimicamente los recubrimientos obtenidos, caracterizados desde el punto de vista composicional (icp, analisis elemental, eds, wds) y estructural (mo, sem, epma, tem y difraccion de
