La idea b\u00e1sica del concepto de  simplexidad es que en la intersecci\u00f3n entre la simplicidad y la complejidad hay una zona donde las organizaciones generan alto rendimiento y alta innovaci\u00f3n. Esto se consigue a trav\u00e9s de un enfoque integrado (hol\u00edstico) de tres aspectos:  &#8211; gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento &#8211; inteligencia emocional &#8211; tic m\u00f3vil y multimedia.  Donde la generaci\u00f3n de valor (en forma de productos, servicios y experiencias) se consigue a trav\u00e9s de personas (automotivadas, autocomprometidas, competentes emocional y t\u00e9cnicamen te y con autoconfianza) apoyadas por procesos coherentes, tic multimedia y trabajando en redes. el prop\u00f3sito de este marco de referencia es crear una visi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica para:  &#8211; entender c\u00f3mo funciona una organizaci\u00f3n compleja &#8211; entender c\u00f3mo circula l a energ\u00eda (conocimiento,  creatividad\u00c2\u00bf) a trav\u00e9s de la organizaci\u00f3n &#8211; facilitar la imagen global del negocio &#8211; facilitar el desarrollo de las personas en la organizaci\u00f3n (satisfacci\u00f3n laboral, inteligencia    emocional, conocimiento, competencias, hu mor\u00c2\u00bf)  en definitiva, simplexidad es un conjunto de estrategias y pr\u00e1cticas para dise\u00f1ar y desarrollar entornos viables y sostenibles caracterizados por:  &#8211; pensamiento
