Para llevar a cabo esta caracterizaci\u00f3n desde primaria a secundaria, hemos analizado (i) c\u00f3mo evoluciona el \u00e9xito de los estudiantes cuando resuelven problemas lineales (f(x) = ax) y problemas aditivos (f(x) = x+b, b\u00c2\u00bf0), (ii) los cambios que se producen en el uso por parte de los estudiantes de estrategias correctas e incorrectas cuando resuelven ambos tipos de problemas y (iii) la evoluci\u00f3n de los perfiles de comportamiento de los estudiantes desde primaria a secundaria en relaci\u00f3n al papel complementario que juega el uso de la proporcionalidad y de la estrategia aditiva en los problemas lineales y en los problemas aditivos. Adem\u00e1s, se ha estudiado c\u00f3mo las relaciones multiplicativas entre las cantidades (entera o no entera) y la naturaleza de las cantidades (discreta o continua) influye en esta
