En ovocitos es conocido que se requiere un influjo continuo de ca2+ para el mantenimiento de las ondas de calcio, sin embargo, el mecanismo que regula esta entrada de calcio en ovocitos de mam\u00edferos a\u00fan no se conoce. La entrada de calcio activada por dep\u00f3sitos intracelulares (soce) es una v\u00eda de influjo de ca2+ que ya se ha descrito en ovocitos en reposo de distintas especies. Este trabajo plantea la hip\u00f3tesis de que soce puede constituir un mecanismo que participa en la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de ca2+ de los ovocitos, por ello se ha determinar soce en la progresi\u00f3n mei\u00f3tica ovocitaria, y se ha analizado la expresi\u00f3n, localizaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n de los principales componentes moleculares que han sido descritos en la implicaci\u00f3n de soce, stim1 y orai1. Adem\u00e1s, hemos estudiado la posible contribuci\u00f3n de soce en la fecundaci\u00f3n de ovocitos maduros de rat\u00f3n mediante el estudio de la din\u00e1mica espacio-temporal de stim1 en respuesta a diferentes est\u00edmulos. Por \u00faltimo, hemos comprobado la implicaci\u00f3n de la posible regulaci\u00f3n de soce en ovocitos por fosforilaci\u00f3n de stim1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
