La secreci\u00f3n de insulina inducida por glucosa es llevada a cabo, en los pasos finales, por un conjunto de prote\u00ednas que realizan una exocitosis regulada, fusionando los gr\u00e1nulos con insulina con la membrana plasm\u00e1tica para liberar la insulina al torrente sangu\u00edneo. Las prote\u00ednas snare, prote\u00ednas reguladoras de las prote\u00ednas snare y otras prote\u00ednas como la conexina 36 y la actina, participan activamente en este proceso. En la presente tesis se estudiaron los niveles de expresi\u00f3n e interacciones de estas proteinas a diferentes concentraciones de glucosa, tanto en la l\u00ednea celular secretora de insulina ins-1 como en islotes pancre\u00e1ticos de rata.
