Se estudian las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n y reactivos adecuados que permiten sintetizar un gran n\u00famero de compuestos con la estructura de diazepinas y purinas de forma eco-amigable. Asimismo, se estudian las actividades como antifungicos, antivirales y antitumorales de los compuestos sintetizados.  la idea general consiste en la utilizaci\u00f3n de la 2-amino-4,6-dimetoxipirimidina y an\u00e1logos como com\u00ed\u00b9esto de partida para realizar la s\u00edntesis de nuevos sistemas heteroc\u00edclicos; para ello se realiza una primera reacci\u00f3n de nitrosaci\u00f3n en la posici\u00f3n 5 de la pirimidina en cuesti\u00f3n y luego se realizan diferentes ensayos con distintos nucle\u00f3filos con el fin de sustituir selectivamente ya sea uno o ambos grupos metoxi.  Con la mol\u00e9cula modificada se hacen ensayos de ciclaci\u00f3n tendientes a la obtenci\u00f3n de sistemas pirimidobenzodiazep\u00ednicos, dihidropurinas y purinas. Los compuesto as\u00ed obtenidos, se caracterizan por las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas y anal\u00edticas conocidas, as\u00ed como por difractometr\u00eda de rayos x, en caso de
