{"id":101449,"date":"2010-08-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-08-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-las-propiedades-antitumorales-e-inmunomoduladoras-de-triterpenos-pentaca%c2%adclicos-de-origen-natural-en-modelos-in-vivo-e-in-vitro\/"},"modified":"2010-08-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-08-06T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-las-propiedades-antitumorales-e-inmunomoduladoras-de-triterpenos-pentaca%c2%adclicos-de-origen-natural-en-modelos-in-vivo-e-in-vitro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/valladolid\/estudio-de-las-propiedades-antitumorales-e-inmunomoduladoras-de-triterpenos-pentaca%c2%adclicos-de-origen-natural-en-modelos-in-vivo-e-in-vitro\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abestudio de las propiedades antitumorales e inmunomoduladoras de triterpenos pentac\u00edclicos de origen natural en modelos in vivo e in vitro\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rub\u00e9n Pedro Mart\u00edn Monta\u00f1a <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos encontrado que los triterpenos pentac\u00edclicos \u00e1cidos  -olean\u00f3lico y masl\u00ednico- y alcoholes -eritrodiol y uvaol del aceite de oliva tienen un papel antitumoral en la l\u00ednea 1321n1 de astrocitoma humano:   -tienen efectos antiproliferativos en las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1. -producen cambios en la adhesi\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1. -producen cambios morfol\u00f3gicos asociados con alteraciones en el citoesqueleto en las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1 -inducen apoptosis en las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1. -producen acumulaci\u00f3n de ros y colapso del potencial de membrana mitocondrial (\u00c2\u00bf\u00c2\u00bfm) en las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1 -modulan la expresi\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas de la familia tnf\/tnfr en las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1 -la apoptosis inducida por los triterpenos no est\u00e1 restringida a las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1: tienen la capacidad de inducir apoptosis en otras l\u00edneas tumorales humanas: de astrocitoma humano (u373, u118 y u87), de carcinoma cervical (hela), de c\u00e1ncer hep\u00e1tico (hepg2) y de c\u00e1ncer de mama (mcf-7). -la apoptosis inducida por los \u00e1cidos olean\u00f3lico y masl\u00ednico implica la producci\u00f3n de ros en las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1, mientras que los alcoholes eritrodiol y uvaol activan la ruta jnk y los ros inducidos median la activaci\u00f3n de jnk y la apoptosis en las c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma 1321n1.   *por otro lado, el \u00e1cido olean\u00f3lico inhibe el desarrollo de la eae (encefalomielitis autoinmune experimental), un modelo murino de la esclerosis m\u00faltiple (em), mediante diferentes mecanismos antiinflamatorios e inmunosupresores:  -el \u00e1cido olean\u00f3lico reduce los s\u00edntomas cl\u00ednicos de la progresi\u00f3n de la eae. -el tratamiento con \u00e1cido olean\u00f3lico modula la expresi\u00f3n de citoquinas y quemoquinas en el snc y suero de ratones con eae: disminuy\u00f3 la presencia de las citoquinas th1 y quemoquinas estudiadas, comparadas con los ratones sin tratar. Mientras, los niveles de la citoquina th2 il-10, incrementaron significativamente con el tratamiento. -el \u00e1cido olean\u00f3lico reduce significativamente los niveles de distintos marcadores de la respuesta inmune humoral en ratones con eae.  -el tratamiento con \u00e1cido olean\u00f3lico reduce la infiltraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas inflamatorias en snc en ratones con eae. -el \u00e1cido olean\u00f3lico reduce el reclutamiento de leucocitos en la microvasculatura del snc de ratones con eae.  -el tratamiento con \u00e1cido olean\u00f3lico reduce la disrupci\u00f3n de la barrera
