El trabajo puede dividirse en dos partes:  a) optimizacion de los parametros tecnologicos de obtencion de las capas dopadas tipo p (obtenidas a partir de la utilizacion de diborano y\/o trimetilboro) y tipo n (a partir de fosfina).  b) obtencion de los fotodiodos, utilizando capas dopadas optimizadas. Los resultados pueden resumirse en:  -se han obtenido fotodiodos con muy buen caracter rectificador, con corrientes en inverso (v=-2v) inferiores a 10-10 a\/cm2, con buena respuesta espectral y muy buena linealidad entre la intensidad fotogenerada y la irradiacion. Estos resultados se encuentran entre los mejores reportados, y permitirian la construccion de sensores de imagen con muy buenas prestaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
