Merce <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para la determinacion de radioestroncio en muestras ambientales, la comparacion de tres metodos de separacion basados en diferentes procesos indica que la separacion mediante precipitacion es la mas recomendable y se propone el factor de optimizacion (of) -definido como of=(1\/f.M).(B1\/2\/e) donde f es la relacion solucion acuosa\/mezcla de medida, m el peso de la mezcla final, b el fondo y e la eficiencia- para el establecimiento de las condiciones optimas de trabajo en la medida de su actividad beta por centelleo liquido. A partir de los valores de of se establecen las condiciones de trabajo que conducen a una ad lo mas baja posible. A partir de las condiciones de trabajo y de los parametros de medida obtenidos en el estudio de la medida de fases organicas procedentes de una extraccion con eter corona 18c6 en tolueno y nitrato como contraion se propone una metodolog\u00eda rapida y sencilla de determinacion de 90sr.  la extraccion debe realizarse con la presencia de hdehp como coextractante y el rendimiento de extraccion esta fuertemente afectado por la (no3-). Despues de la extraccion se realiza la medida de la fase organica por centelleo liquido.
