As\u00ed, pretendemos exponer resultados, a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n de cuestionarios a los clientes spa de los hoteles cinco estrellas en portugal, con la intenci\u00f3n de analizar la percepci\u00f3n del servicio spa, y as\u00ed entender la exigencia en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos productos y la necesidad de que las empresas desarrollen bienes y servicios que pueden deleitar los consumidores con la intenci\u00f3n de fidelizarlos.   procedemos al estudio emp\u00edrico con usuarios del servicio spa de hoteles cinco estrellas en portugal, 18 hoteles se presentaron disponibles para participar en el estudio. El muestreo incidi\u00f3 en 427 cuestionarios respondidos. A trav\u00e9s de software estad\u00edsticos, spss y smartpls, analisamos el modelo global, con la evaluaci\u00f3n de la validez y fiabilidad del modelo y con la evaluaci\u00f3n del modelo estrutural
