Con este proposito se ha dise\u00f1ado una serie de peptidos, construidos por l- i\/o d-aminoacidos, relacionados con el dominio b (db) de la proteina a de la bacteria staphylococcus aureus (spa), se ha llevado a cabo la sintesis y el analisis conformacional de la helice c-terminal del db y de las versiones retro, enantio y retro-enantio, observando que todos ellos eran helicoidales en medio acuoso. Por otra parte, se ha sintetizado el db nativo de la spa y diferentes fragmentos y versiones de este. Uno de los fragmentos de este dominio, con tres aminoacidos n-terminal incorporados, se ha modificado en la helice c-terminal con las versiones retro, enantio y retro-enantio de esta.  la comparacion de estudios de dicroismo circular, resonancia magnetica nuclear y ensayos inmunologicos de estas moleculas, permite sugerir que el concepto retro-enantio no se puede aplicar a peptidos helicoidales.
