Villosa, nitida var. Meridionalis y transtagana. Se han aislado un total de 63 compuestos de los cuales 38 se describen por primera vez. en thapsia villosa var villosa se aislan fenilpropanoides, germacranos, guayanolidas y transtaganos entre  los que destaca la presencia de \u00e9steres con azufre, metiltioacrilato, metiltiopropionato as\u00ed como la presencia de un \u00e9ster acrilato que se describe por primera vez formando parte de un producto natural. en thapsia nitida var.
