Los resultados obtenidos en el primero se establecen en la elucidacion estructural de ocho alcaloides de dos plantas bulbosas, concretamente de narcissus asturiensis, especie iberica, y behria tenuiflora, especie mexicana, encontrandose como particularidad de este estudio que esta ultima especie no se clasifica como amaryllidaceae, tal como se pensaba en un principio. La elucidacion estructural se ha llevado a cabo mediante diversos metodos espectroscopicos de rmn de proton, carbono 13 y masas, asi como difraccion de rayos x. En cuanto al campo biotecnologico, se ha profundizado en el estudio de la produccion de galantamina, compuesto de interes en el tratamiento de la enfermedad de alzheimer, mediante el cultivo in vitro de organos de narcissus confusus. Para el dise\u00f1o de un sistema de produccion se estudio la influencia de diversos componentes del medio de cultivo, siendo los mejores explantos los bulbilos procedentes de semillas. La cuantificacion de los alcaloides se realizo mediante la tecnica de hplc, y la evolucion morfogenica de los cultivos se controlo bajo lupa binocular y mediante el microscopio electronico de
