{"id":101923,"date":"2018-03-11T10:23:57","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:23:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/cambios-en-el-pie-cavo-tras-el-estiramiento-plantar-con-corrientes-rectangulares-bifasicas-simetricas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:23:57","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:23:57","slug":"cambios-en-el-pie-cavo-tras-el-estiramiento-plantar-con-corrientes-rectangulares-bifasicas-simetricas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisioterapia\/cambios-en-el-pie-cavo-tras-el-estiramiento-plantar-con-corrientes-rectangulares-bifasicas-simetricas\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambios en el pie cavo tras el estiramiento plantar con corrientes rectangulares bif\u00e1sicas sim\u00e9tricas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Lourdes Mar\u00eda Fernandez Seguin <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de este estudio es determinar si el estiramiento neuromuscular realizado con corrientes rectangulares bif\u00e1sicas sim\u00e9tricas en la zona plantar del pie cavo produce variaciones en los registros baropodom\u00e9tricos, concretamente en la zona metatarsal, en la superficie de contacto y en los valores radiol\u00f3gicos de estos individuos.  sobre una muestra de 34 pacientes con  pies cavos, diagnosticados mediante control radiol\u00f3gico, se evalu\u00f3 de forma objetiva  con el sistema foot scan plate system\u00c2\u00ae  las presiones plantares de 1\u00aa a 5\u00aa cabeza metatarsal,1er dedo, dedos menores, antepi\u00e9, mediopi\u00e9 y retropi\u00e9 y el \u00e1rea de contacto total del pie. Posteriormente se realiz\u00f3 un estiramiento neuromuscular de la planta del pie empleando el equipo de electroterapia tens med 931\u00c2\u00ae. Por \u00faltimo se registraron de nuevo todos los valores recogidos anteriormente y se realiz\u00f3 un segundo estudio radiol\u00f3gico. Para determinar si los registros baropodom\u00e9tricos obtenidos se manten\u00edan al menos una semana despu\u00e9s, se repiti\u00f3 el estudio pasado dicho tiempo.  los resultados muestran una disminuci\u00f3n significativa (p < 0,001) de la presi\u00f3n metatarsal tras el estiramiento que se mantiene una semana despu\u00e9s del mismo. La superficie de contacto se incrementa significativamente (p = 0,008). Los cambios radiol\u00f3gicos obtenidos muestran una tendencia al aplanamiento de la b\u00f3veda plantar justo despu\u00e9s de haber realizado la elongaci\u00f3n plantar.  este estudio nos permite afirmar que la electroestimulaci\u00f3n plantar constituye una herramienta eficaz en el tratamiento de ciertas patolog\u00edas plantares sometidas a retracci\u00f3n y
