El experimento magic es uno de las principales instalaciones a nivel mundial en este campo. Magic, compuesto por dos telescopios atmosf\u00e9ricos cherenkov de formaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes (iact), es el observatorio cherenkov  que puede alcanzar energ\u00edas menores (entre 55 gev y 10 tev). En esta tesis se presenta la contribuci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del autor a magi c y los resultados cient\u00edficos obtenidos por \u00e9l usando sus datos. en el plano t\u00e9cnico, el autor ha desarrollado y mantenido programas de control de calidad y de procesado de datos, claves en el flujo de datos diario del experimento.  en el plano cien t\u00edfico se presentan estudios de la emisi\u00f3n de galaxias con n\u00facleos activos (agn) de tipo \u00abblazar\u00bb en el rango vhe. Los bl\u00e1zares, agn con chorros ultra relativistas que apuntan al observador, son emisores vhe bien conocidos. Las observaciones multi-fr ecuencia (mwl) de agn sirven para comprobar y mejorar los modelos de emisi\u00f3n. En esta tesis se discuten cuatro campa\u00f1as de observaciones mwl de bl\u00e1zares con magic y se extraen conclusiones a partir de los datos recogidos. Las campa\u00f1as tuvieron lugar entre 2006 y 2009 e implicaron a los observatorios cherenkov magic y veritas conjuntamente con sat\u00e9lites de altas energ\u00edas (xmm, suzaku, integral y fermi) y telescopios \u00f3pticos. Se observaron los agns mkn 421, mkn 501 y 1es 1426 428. Se han obtenido distribuciones espectrales de energ\u00eda (sed) muy completas, que incluyen un muestreo fino de la zona del pico de emisi\u00f3n vhe y  mejoran las existentes previamente. De su an\u00e1lisis parece deducirse que los modelos de emisi\u00f3n lept\u00f3nicos mono-zonales en b oga son excesivamente simplistas ya que no reproducen varias caracter\u00edsticas de los
