El objetivo  es saber si el peron\u00e9 responde morfol\u00f3gicamente a una sistem\u00e1tica definida, de cuyo conocimiento se obtendr\u00e1n aplicaciones tanto b\u00e1sicas como cl\u00ednicas en sus conclusiones.  se han medido 46 par\u00e1metros en 33 huesos, que muestran 302 correlaciones significativas.  los par\u00e1metros estudiados han sido los de la di\u00e1fisis, la extremidad proximal y la extremidad distal. Los anteroposteri\u00f3res y transversos de la di\u00e1fisis correlacionan entre si, y en mayor medida los de igual direcci\u00f3n. La porci\u00f3n distal de la di\u00e1fisis del peron\u00e9 es la que mantiene un comportamiento m\u00e1s sistem\u00e1tico con el resto de hueso.             en la extremidad proximal, los par\u00e1metros guardan entre si una alta correlaci\u00f3n, y en la extremidad distal, la anchura m\u00e1xima de la base del mal\u00e9olo peron\u00e9o y el di\u00e1metro m\u00e1ximo de la extremidad distal, correlacionan significativamente.            los tres par\u00e1metros de mayor significaci\u00f3n son diafisario, de la extremidad proximal y de la extremidad distal, lo que indica que la sistem\u00e1tica morfol\u00f3gica del hueso tiene un equilibrio bastante marcado entre las diversas porciones del mismo.  as\u00ed mismo, los resultados muestran una correlaci\u00f3n entre agujero nutricio y longitud del hueso.              en base a los resultados, el peron\u00e9 es un hueso que se estructura de acuerdo a una sistem\u00e1tica definida con interdependencia de sus par\u00e1metros, lo que interpretamos a trav\u00e9s de la condici\u00f3n funcional del peron\u00e9, de la misma forma que la correlaci\u00f3n entre agujero nutricio y longitud del hueso garantizan el aporte sangu\u00edneo necesario.    los resultados dan una perspectiva nueva en el conocimiento anat\u00f3mico del peron\u00e9 y permiten aplicaciones antropol\u00f3gicas,  fisioterap\u00e9uticas,
