Los episodios asistenciales son codificados en funci\u00f3n la clasificaci\u00f3n internacional de enfermedades en su 9\u00aa, asign\u00e1ndose posteriormente el grd correspondiente. En el presente estudio se analizan los aspectos relativos a la situaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica del paciente, se revisa el modelo de costes hospitalarios est\u00e1ndar que representa el sistema grd, mediante la construcci\u00f3n de un modelo de costes reales, as\u00ed como su codificaci\u00f3n. Se intentan elaborar igualmente modelos de regresi\u00f3n que permitan predecir variables resultando relevantes en funci\u00f3n de las variables de estratificaci\u00f3n al ingreso.
