Su difusi\u00f3n se asocia a la extremada movilidad de los elementos gen\u00e9ticos que las albergan, m\u00e1s que a la difusi\u00f3n de cepas emparentadas filogen\u00e9ticamente.   los objetivos fueron conocer los elementos gen\u00e9ticos que se asocian a las blees m\u00e1s frecuentes en nuestro medio en cepas portadoras de una o varias blees, as\u00ed como a las blees presentes en cepas portadoras de genes qnr.   se seleccionaron 24 cepas de enterobacterias representativas de los perfiles m\u00e1s frecuentes en nuestro medio. Cepas portadoras de una blee: 4 e. Coli productores de blactx-m-14, 5 de blashv-12, 2 de blactx-m-15 y 1 de blactx-m-9; 3 k. Pneumoniae productoras de blashv-2, 2 de blashv-12 y una portadora de una nueva blashv. De entre las dobles portadoras: 2 e. Coli productores de blactx-m-14 y blashv-12, 1 de blactx-m-15 y blashv-12, y 1 de blactx-m-9 y blashv-5; 1 k. Pneumoniae productora de blashv-2 y blatem-4, y finalmente una k. Oxytoca productora de blactx-m-9, blashv-12 y portadora de qnra1. Trabajando con adn plasm\u00eddico, se estudiaron los perfiles gen\u00e9ticos m\u00e1s probables y los grupos de incompatibilidad plasm\u00eddica.  se concluy\u00f3 que la presencia de m\u00e1s de una blee no modifica sus entornos gen\u00e9ticos. Blactx-m-14 y blactx-m-15 se siguen asociando a isecp1; no se hallaron is903 asociadas a blactx-m-14. Las 3 blactx-m-9 se asociaban a iscr1 y a pl\u00e1smidos hi2. Todas las blashv se relacionaron con elementos is26 o genes relacionados con ellas. Se describen diferentes interrupciones en los transposones compuestos por is26 no descritas previamente, y se describe por primera vez una nueva blashv y su entorno m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo. Se completan por primera vez los entornos de los genes blactx-m-9, blashv-12 y qnra1 ubicados en un mismo pl\u00e1smido del grupo hi2 en una cepa de k.
