Los pol\u00edmeros sintetizados fueron empaquetados en microcolumnas de tefl\u00f3n y utilizados en sistemas en continuo como adorbentes selectivos de diversos estr\u00f3genos, que fueron elegidos por su elevado potencial estrog\u00e9nico. El trabajo desarrollado se puede resumir en los siguientes puntos: 1. Desarrollo de un sistema para la determinaci\u00f3n espectrofluorim\u00e9trica de ?-Estradiol mediante sistemas de inyecci\u00f3n en flujo y pol\u00edmeros de impresi\u00f3n molecular. 2. Desarrollo de pol\u00edmeros de impresi\u00f3n molecular para la extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida de dietilestilbestrol en muestras acuosas. 3. Desarrollo de pol\u00edmeros de impresi\u00f3n molecular para la extracci\u00f3n selectiva de etinilestradiol en aguas de r\u00edo. 4. Finalmente se evalu\u00f3 la posibilidad de llevar a cabo la eliminaci\u00f3n de estr\u00f3genos presentes en aguas mediante adsorci\u00f3n en copol\u00edmeros de \u00e1cido metacr\u00edlico y
