{"id":102347,"date":"2010-02-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-02-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/metodologa%c2%ada-de-iminofosforanos-aplicada-a-la-sa%c2%adntesis-de-almazol-c-almazolona-y-pirrol-imidazoles\/"},"modified":"2010-02-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-02-07T00:00:00","slug":"metodologa%c2%ada-de-iminofosforanos-aplicada-a-la-sa%c2%adntesis-de-almazol-c-almazolona-y-pirrol-imidazoles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica-organica\/metodologa%c2%ada-de-iminofosforanos-aplicada-a-la-sa%c2%adntesis-de-almazol-c-almazolona-y-pirrol-imidazoles\/","title":{"rendered":"Metodolog\u00eda de iminofosforanos aplicada a la s\u00edntesis de almazol c, almazolona y pirrol-imidazoles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Marta Miriam Casta\u00f1eda San Cirilo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En \u00e9sta memoria se describe en el primer cap\u00edtulo, la primera s\u00edntesis total del alcaloide de origen marino, almazol c, siendo la etapa clave la formaci\u00f3n del anillo de oxazol a trav\u00e9s de una reacci\u00f3n de staudinger\/aza-wittig con desplazamiento intramolecular de haluro y la preparaci\u00f3n de un precursor de la almazolona natural, mediante la formaci\u00f3n del anillo de oxazolona por una reacci\u00f3n aza-wittig seguido de heterociclaci\u00f3n por ataque del \u00e1tomo de ox\u00edgeno del grupo etoxilo sobre el carbono electr\u00f3filo del cloruro de imido\u00edlo.    \t en el segundo cap\u00edtulo y aplicando de nuevo la qu\u00edmica de iminofosforanos, se han obtenido una serie de hidanto\u00ednas y tiohidanto\u00ednas a trav\u00e9s de una reacci\u00f3n sin precedentes, que se supone  que transcurre a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n de un intermedio e-fosfazida, producto inicial en la reacci\u00f3n de staudinger que en lugar de isomerizarse a la z-fosfazida correspondiente, que reacciona con un heterocumuleno experimentando ciclaci\u00f3n intramolecular y simult\u00e1nea eliminaci\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno. A partir de las tiohidanto\u00ednas sintetizadas se han obtenido una serie de espiropirrol-tiohidanto\u00ednas y espiropirrol-aminoimidazolonas que contienen el sistema tric\u00edclico acd com\u00fan en la estructura de los alcaloides marinos, dibromophakellina y dibromophakellstatina. Se ha estudiado la actividad citot\u00f3xica de algunos de \u00e9stos espirocompuestos, frente a 13 l\u00edneas celulares reconocidas en diferentes tumores humanos, comprob\u00e1ndose que presentan
