consiste en proponer y desarrollar nuevas metodolog\u00edas r\u00e1pidas, sensibles y con m\u00ednimo tratamiento de la muestra, basadas en cromatograf\u00eda de gases, para la determinaci\u00f3n de compuestos org\u00e1nicos a niveles de trazas en diferentes matrices ambientales.  los objetivos metodol\u00f3gicos de este trabajo se centran en el estudio de las posibilidades anal\u00edticas de:  &#8211; el acoplamiento de un generador de espacio de cabeza con un inyector de temperatura programada.  &#8211; el uso combinado de cromatograf\u00eda de gases r\u00e1pida con la introducci\u00f3n de muestra mediante el modo de inyecci\u00f3n con eliminaci\u00f3n del disolvente, permitido por el inyector de temperatura programada.  -la aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de pretratamiento de muestra conocida como quechers (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) en la extracci\u00f3n de compuestos org\u00e1nicos en muestras de suelos.  &#8211; el uso combinado de m\u00ednimo tratamiento de la muestra con un m\u00e9todo de separaci\u00f3n altamente eficaz (cromatograf\u00eda de gases en dos dimensiones completa (gc x gc)) en el an\u00e1lisis de muestras
