As\u00ed mismo, la posibilidad de obtener ipsc espec\u00edficas de paciente abre las puertas para el establecimiento de modelos de enfermedad genuinamente humanos. Una de las limitaciones que dificulta la aplicaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica de las c\u00e9lulas pluripotentes es que su obtenci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo en la actualidad con medios i reactivos que contienen
