Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En nuestro estudio pretendemos: 1. Detectar diferencias en los mecanismos subyacentes a la fatiga al ejercicio entre animales jovenes y viejos, y si estos estan relacionados con el balance redox tisular; 2. Estudiar si el entrenamiento modifica estos mecanismos de fatiga. Es decir, si el balance oxidantes-antioxidantes, implicado en los mecanismos de envejecimiento afecta a los mecanismos de fatiga, y es susceptible de ser modificado adaptativamente con el entrenamiento. Para ello, sometemos a ratas wistar jovenes y viejas a extenuacion con o sin entrenamiento previo. Determinamos parametros sericos &#8211; glucemia, lactato, urea, acido urico, trigliceridos, colesterol, calcio, fosforo, tgo y tgp &#8211; y en higado y musculo soleo mda, sod y glucogeno, para definir el status metabolico final.
