Algunos estudios han contemplado dentro de la victimizaci\u00f3n \u00e9tnico-cultural dos subtipos: el insulto o nominaci\u00f3n racista; y la exclusi\u00f3n social racista o xen\u00f3foba. Este trabajo focaliza en el estudio paralelo de tipos de victimizaci\u00f3n personal (f\u00edsica, verbal, relacional directa y relacional indirecta) y tipos de victimizaci\u00f3n \u00e9tnico-cultural (verbal, relacional directa y relacional indirecta), analizando algunos factores asociados y controlando la variable \u00e9tnico-cultural. Una muestra trasnacional de 1.185 escolares (espa\u00f1a, n\u00c2\u00b9=863; inglaterra, n\u00c2\u00b2 = 322) \u00e9tnico-culturalmente diversos de educaci\u00f3n primaria y secundaria, participaron cumplimentando una bater\u00eda auto-informe. Esta bater\u00eda se compuso de varios cuestionarios sobre victimizaci\u00f3n personal y \u00e9tnico-cultural, autoestima personal, autoestima cultural y sociometr\u00eda de las relaciones entre compa\u00f1eros\/as. Los resultados muestran como la victimizaci\u00f3n personal afecta de igual modo a escolares con independencia de su grupo cultural, mientras que la victimizaci\u00f3n \u00e9tnico-cultural afecta significativamente m\u00e1s al alumnado de minor\u00edas culturales que al de la mayor\u00eda cultural. En la muestra espa\u00f1ola los m\u00e1s victimizados culturalmente fueron las y los escolares de origen inmigrante y en segundo lugar las y los escolares gitanos, mientras que las y los escolares de la mayor\u00eda cultural apenas se mostraban afectados. El alumnado de minor\u00edas culturales era m\u00e1s sensible a la perniciosidad de algunos tipos de victimizaci\u00f3n \u00e9tnico-cultural que sus compa\u00f1eros\/as del grupo mayoritario. Sobre la muestra trasnacional se ha observado que: la autoestima personal baja predice la victimizaci\u00f3n personal, pero no la victimizaci\u00f3n cultural; y que la autoestima cultural baja predice la victimizaci\u00f3n cultural, pero no la victimizaci\u00f3n personal.
