En el se somete al hematie a una sobrecarga hipotonica, igual que en la resistencia osmotica eritrocitaria, analizandose los cambios producidos, en un autoanalizador de tecnolog\u00eda laser.  el material del trabajo lo han constituido 120 pacientes pertenecientes a cuatro grupos distintos: 30 sujetos normales (14 varones y 16 hembras), 30 ferropenias (5 varones y 25 hembras), 30 beta-talasemias (20 varones y 10 hembras) y 30 esferocitosis hereditarias (12 varones y 18 hembras). Dentro del grupo de esferocitosis se han obtenido dos subgrupos en funcion de haber sido esplenectomizados (18 pacientes) o no (12 pacientes). En cada sujeto estudiado se determinaron: a partir del edta (fuente de hematies): la citometria dinamica; ademas tambien se utilizo para hemograma, frotis, reticulocitos, test de antiglobulina directa (tad), resistencia osmotica eritrocitaria (roe) y electroforesis de hb en medio alcalino. En el suero se determinaron: hierro, ldh, bilirrubina, transferrina, haptoglobina y ferritina.  complementando a este estudio comun, a los pacientes beta-talasemicos se les realizo la determinacion de hb a2 y hb f. Asi mismo, en los casos de esferocitosis hereditaria se utilizo el pink test como tecnica asociada.  los resultados del perfil hematimetrico y los datos bioquimicos obtenidos en los diferentes grupos de estudio se ajustaban a lo esperado para la definicion de grupo control normal, ferropenias, beta-talasemias y esferocitosis. Las curvas de roe tambien evidenciaban una distribucion peculiar para cada grupo, similar a lo ya conocido.  dentro de los resultados de la tecnica descrita -la citometria dinamica-, los datos
